Our concept has been developed in connection with traditional and one of the most used finishing building material - plaster based on cement and sand. This plaster is used around the world as leveling, protecting and underlying material on walls made from bricks, AAC blocks or concrete and flat concrete surfaces of roofs, terraces, balconies and floors. 100 % WATERPROOFING SYSTEM
Is ability of IZONIL plaster to resist water penetration from heavy rain to 5 BARS water pressure with less than 1 mm water penetration. Building is protected against destructive power of water. 100 % waterproofing system works when IZONIL is used both from positive side or from negative side.
100 % DRYING SYSTEM
Is ability of IZONIL plaster to constantly dehumidify damp substrate. Water vapors evaporate through porous structure of IZONIL outside from the wall Building is protected against destructive power of raising dampness and moisture is not trapped inside the wall.

CHEMICAL WATERPROOFING DISADVANTAGE
Majority of buildings are standing on concrete foundations. Concrete absorbs ground water and it continues to travel by capillary action into concrete pillars and brick or block walls. Water can reach second floor of building by capillary action. Humidity is trapped inside the walls when unbreathable chemical waterproofing membrane is used. When it is trying to evaporate it disrupts this membrane within weeks or months. IZONIL solves this problem with 100 % drying system.
CHEMICAL WATERPROOFING MALFUNCTION
In next step membrane is broken and functionality of chemical waterproofing is done. To repair membrane requires removal and reapplication which is expensive and inefficient. Therefore chemical waterproofing membrane is outdated technology. Replacement of chemical waterproofing is material which is 100 % waterproof but allow building to breath in the same time.
Moisture entrapment in the walls is fertile ground for creation of molds. They cause bad smell inside the buildings and damaging of wall finishing materials. With IZONIL building breaths, moisture constantly evaporates and molds do not have fertile ground to grow.
DANGERS OF MOLDS INHALATION
The biggest danger of molds is impact on health of residents. When mold spores are present in abnormally high quantities, they can present especially hazardous health risks to humans, including allergic reactions or poisoning by mycotoxins or causing fungal infection - mycosis.
DEGRADATION OF BUILDING MATERIALS
Moisture inside the walls has also negative impact on structural and nonstructural materials. It causes corrosion of steel reinforcement in the concrete which leads to disruption of building statics over time. IZONIL helps to protect long-term safety of buildings.
